[Week One Actions] will only become available to the Line Manager once the pre-joining actions have been completed.

The accordions will appear ‘faded’ and the user will not be able to open the section until previous sections or forms have been completed.

Completing the Week One Actions

When the accordions become available, the Line Manager should open the accordions, read through the instructions and follow any required actions.

Completion of all Pre-Joining & Week One tasks

When all tasks have been complete and the start date has passed, the New Hire will move from the [New Hire] section to the [My Team Members] section of the system.
