Overview
This form should be used to request access to Employee and Manager ESR Self-Service for New Starters.
Employee Self-Service will enable staff to view and maintain their own records, such as emergency contacts, address and bank details and see their payslip and Total Reward Statement on-line.
Managers are able to complete key contractual changes using Self-Service, such as changing contracted hours and Ending Employment and removes the need for completion of most of the paper forms
Work through the form and complete all required fields and click [Submit]
Depending on your selection, the appropriate information will be opened up in the panel for you to complete
On completion the accordion will show as [completed]
