Document Library

Overview

The documents that are visible on the Line Manager Portal are controlled via the the control Panel [Onboarding] Tab. In this section of the control panel the user is able to upload a new document, search for and edit existing documents.

Uploading

To upload a new document, click [Upload] via the upload button in the control panel and upload the document, following the onscreen instructions.

  • Onboarding tab > Library > Upload

A new window will open allowing you to upload a file from the user device, when selected the document will appear in the list of documents under [Title].

Editing

To edit where an existing document should be available within the Line manager Portal, click on [Details] then [edit]:

  • Onboarding tab > Library > Details > Edit

Here you can select the [Line Manager Documents Type] from the drop down list available.
