Overview
The Line Manger Portal (LMP) offers a professional induction process for Agenda for Change (AFC), Consultants, Specialty Doctors and Trust Doctors.
LTHT Manger support is provided for the hiring of New Starters, with Line Managers being able to manage their growing teams, by ensuring documentation is complete, induction is booked and kit/ access is secured.
LMP is a key process which is an extension of on boarding and is designed to reduce new hire attrition, improve starter productivity, increase trust awareness, and focus on lean and paperless processes.
Line Manager Portal – Front End System
The Line Manager Portal is a front-end web based site, which allows Line Managers to engage and take an active role in ensuring a smooth joining transition for the New Hires. The front-end web based site contains guidance information ranging from e-Rostering, ESR and process forms and access important information for the Line Manager to initiate key actions including engagement of New Hires.
Control Panel
The front-end website is supported by an enhanced back office Control Panel. This is the same Control Panel currently in place supporting the Careers Website and Onboarding but with the additional LMP section added. Allowing LTHT’s resourcing team to be able to manage, track and control the New Hire’s joining experience.
