Search Users – Control Panel

Click the [Search] bar and the search options panel will open up to allow the user to add the search criteria.

Click the [Search ] bar to close the panel or add the search criteria

 

 

Click [Search] at the bottom of the panel & the system will return the results of any successful data matches in the list underneath

 

 

View Existing User

To view a user in the control panel, simply search for the user and click on the [Details] tab

A new page will open displaying the user information and permissions.

Control Panel users can also use this page to [Edit] , [Block Onboarding Alerts] or [Deactivate] the user.

 

Click on [Audit] to view any actions undertaken by the user in the system:
