Team Members Section

Overview

In this section of the system a user can:

  • Search Team Members
  • Create New Team Member
  • Perform Bulk Actions by selecting individuals or selecting [All]
  • View Individual Team Members

Search Team Members

Click on the [Search] bar to open/close the search panel

Add any search criteria into the fields/drop downs and click [Search] at the bottom of the panel

The system will list any successful data matches. Alternatively, if there are no matches the system will tell the user that there are no matches;

View Team Member Details

Click [Details] against the team member record and a new page will open with the full details.

The section of the system will change to the [Candidates] area, which is part of the Onboarding area within the control panel. This is because the Team member will be processed via the OB process and will then lead through into the Line Manager Portal.

This page allows the user to manage the team member

  • Edit details
  • View/manage Options
  • Progress to Stage
  • Roll Back Stage
  • View/manage Checks
  • Send SMS
  • View Documents
  • View Call Log
  • View Audit
  • View Appointments
