Home Page & Navigation

Overview

The Home Page of the LMP gives you the following information:

  • User name –  a personalised welcome
  • Notifications – [X] number of New Hires assigned to the Line Manager which require processing
  • Navigation – System Navigation

Menu

Click the navigation tablet in the top left-hand side of the page and a drop down menu will appear with links to all pages of the site:

The following sections will display (depending on your user permission level);

Your Details

The [Your Details] page allows the user to manage your personal details

New Hires

The [New Hires] page allows the user to manage allocated New Hires and process the actions required

My Team Members

The [My Team Members] page lists all employees in your team that have been processed and all actions have been complete

CSU Team Members

This section provides information on those people who have joined your CSU using onboarding & Line Manager Portal. It is not a complete list of your team

Line Manager Portal Users

Provides information on those people currently using the line manager portal. Allows you to add a new user and view / edit those existing.

CSU Admin Report

This section allows you to create and run CSU Admin Reports based on a number of criteria; Department, Job Role, Uploaded by, Line Manger and Onboarding date etc.

Recruitment Process

The [Recruitment Process] page provides information and guidance on the LTHT recruitment process, including documents and downloads

HR Advice

The [HR Advice] page provides information and Guidance on LTHT procedures including, Annual leave, Notice periods and Writing a reference etc.

Manager Guidance

The [Manager Guidance] page provides information and guidance on LTHT processes including, e-rostering, payroll, libraries, volunteering

Terms and Conditions

Documentation on Agenda for Change, Consultant Contract 2003, Doctors in training and SAS Doctors and Dentists.

Inclusivity

Holds articles regarding inclusivity e.g. diversity, equality and discrimination. The document will be available on the LMP FE when set as active.

Standard Forms

The [Standard Forms] page holds Internal Staff changes (contractual change forms) and Leavers Forms.

Submitted Change Forms

Lists any forms that have been submitted by the user that are waiting for authorisation.

Document Library

A full list of LTHT Documents including information about your new team members and managing your team etc.

Frequently Asked Questions and guidance for Line Managers

Contact Us

If you have a query relating to a department, use the contact us form within the Line Manager Portal. This will automatically send a message with your query or request.

Log Out

Logs the user out of the system
