This section of the system is a Line Managers view of any forms that have been submitted and are awaiting processing.

There are 2 areas within this section

• Waiting Requests
• Authorised Requests

Click on the appropriate Tab to view your request

Click in the [View] button against any forms listed to view/edit/manage the form

Retracting a Form

Users can ‘retract’ a form in this section that has been submitted in order to make changes and submit to a different authoriser. Please note that this can only be done for forms that have not already been authorised.

Below is an example of the options at the end of the forms, for changing person sent the form to authorise and to retract the form.
