Leeds Community Healthcare Trust (LCHT) have an OnBoarding System (OBS) to create a professional induction process for new starter’s entering the business so that they feel part of the team.
This system includes a Front-End web based home page to allow candidates to read and absorb generic welcome materials; to connect with the Trust engage with any training modules, to understand the materials required as part of pre-employment checks, that will make their start more productive
The On Boarding Front-End website will be supported by a Control Panel, this will be the same control currently in place supporting the careers website but with the additional On Boarding section added. Allowing LTHT users to be able to manage, track and control the new starter experience.
